I assist busy men and women that want to make a positive lifestyle change that improves their health and wellness.

I am an accredited personal trainer, through Menno Henselmans’ Personal Training Certification course. I create programs based on your personal physiological needs and adaptations. My approach is based in scientific research which is a constantly growing and changing landscape.

I believe starting a health and fitness regime is part of a lifestyle change. Adherence to a diet or a training program is key to your success. I don’t like cookie cutter programs that are typically uninspiring and lead to no real change.

I am sure I can assist you in reaching your goals if you follow the principles I have learnt and continue to improve as the research expands. In as little as 6 weeks you can start to build better habits and work towards the physique you have always wanted.

I help construct diets and programs that fit into your lifestyle. Adherence is one of the most important aspects of any health and fitness plan.

I have in-depth knowledge to assist you to get the results you want and need. Your location is not a barrier and you can start your journey even if you have limited equipment.

Who's it for?

This is for men and women who don’t have access to a face to face personal trainer. I also communicate with my clients on a regular basis to help them stay accountable. I will make sure you optimise your workouts and clean up your diet.

What to expect?

Goal Setting:

We will talk about your health and fitness vision. Break down your goals into smaller steps to ensure you are making progress.

A Individual, Personalised Programme:

Your programme will match your physiology and genetics. The more tailor-made the programme, the better the results.

Weekly Check-ins:

This ensures that your programme can be modified in order to get the best results throughout the programme.

I charge $197 for the 6-week programme.

My preferred method is using Excel spreadsheets. This allows me to collect and analyse the data inputs you enter.
